To welcome the Hong Kong 2009 East Asian Games (EAG) and to celebrate the 60th anniversary for the founding of the People's Republic of China, the EAG 100-day Countdown cum Torch Relay will be held on August 29. Details of the event were announced at a press conference held today (July 23). 西班牙名將加西亞領銜2009歐米茄觀瀾湖世界杯

國際高爾夫頭班巡迴賽聯盟正式對外宣佈，2009歐米茄觀瀾湖高爾夫世界杯的18支種子隊已全部確認，加西亞（Sergio Garcia），斯滕森（Henrik Stenson）等巨星將領銜眾多國際知名球員，於11月26日至29日，在觀瀾湖奧拉沙寶球場爭奪賽事錦標。 

在確認參賽的球員中，目前世界排名第四的加西亞排名最高，這將是加西亞第四次參加世界杯。之前，他曾亮相2001，2004和2005年的賽事，今年他將代表祖國西班牙到觀瀾湖高爾夫球會參加比賽。加西亞曾五次參加萊德杯，現下他可以挑選自己心儀的隊友，到同胞奧拉沙寶設計的球場爭奪世界杯。5年前，他搭檔希門尼斯（Jos   Maria Olaz  bal）在西班牙本土參賽的時候，取得了隊際最好的戰績第二名。當時，他們只落后冠軍英格蘭隊一杆。那一年的比賽在奧拉沙寶設計的另外一個球場──皇家塞維利亞高爾夫俱樂部（the Real Club de Golf Sevilla）舉行。
